None. Every Al Shifaa haji attends our pre-departure training with Dr. Abdul Jabbar — every dua, every rukn, every day of Hajj rehearsed before you fly. You arrive in Makkah calm and prepared.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes. One transparent package price, a printed list of inclusions, and a flexible installment plan agreed before you commit. No hidden charges appear later — ever.
We are a family with elderly parents. How are they cared for?+
Families are our specialty. You stay together at every stage, and elderly pilgrims receive wheelchair assistance, priority transport, and a staff member assigned to your group at all times.
Who handles visas, flights and hotels?+
We do — completely. You hand us your documents; we return them with a Hajj visa, confirmed flights and hotel bookings you can verify yourself.
